By creating an account or using Plume, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Plume is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps users generate, review, and manage SEO articles. The platform uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude API and Perplexity Sonar) to process content. Access requires a paid subscription.
If you are a consumer, you have fourteen (14) days from subscribing to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), using the withdrawal function available in your account (Subscription → "Withdraw & get refunded"), the model form below, or any unambiguous statement sent to contact@plumeseo.com.
At checkout you expressly request immediate execution of the service. If you withdraw after that request, you remain liable for an amount corresponding to the service already provided, proportional to the total subscription price (Article L221-25): this amount is calculated pro rata to the tokens consumed (plan price ÷ tokens included in the paid period × tokens used). The balance is refunded within fourteen (14) days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method (Article L221-24).
The withdrawal right can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed (all tokens of the paid period consumed — Article L221-28, 1°) or, for each generated article supplied as digital content, once its generation has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right, confirmed on a durable medium (Article L221-28, 13°).
Customers subscribing for professional purposes do not benefit from the statutory withdrawal right: this contract is concluded at a distance, and the extension of Article L221-3 applies only to off-premises contracts.
Model withdrawal form (annex to Article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code) — complete and return only if you wish to withdraw:
